| Relequick's industrial relays |
Our electromechanical relays cover the current demand in the field of industrial automation and they are divided in three series:
- RM series: universal power relays for general applications.
- RQ series: miniature power relays for general applications.
- RF series: industrial interface relays for general applications.
|
| Relequick's interface connection sockets |
Our interface sockets are pluggable onto panels or DIN 46277 rails, C rail type.
The series they are divided into correspond to those of the electromechanical relays, namely:
- SM series: sockets for 8- and 11-pin RM relays.
- SQ series: sockets for miniature 1, 2, and 4-contact RQ relays.
- SF series: sockets for interface 1 and 2-contact RF relays.
The exclusive design and technical features of our sockets make them unique in the market and allow for a very wide range of
possible combinations contained within the minimum casing space and providing the highest performance, being among the most
versatile and universal ones in the market.

| Relequick's digital modules |
Our electronic and digital modules make it possible to reduce installation costs substantially,
also increasing the versatility and security of your system. Complemented by any of our advanced modules the most simple relay
will become a powerful tool at the cost of an economical one but with the versatility and functionality of a sophisticated device. Their
design makes our modules easy replaceable in case of failure or end of their lifetime, thus reducing the cost of acquisition and
maintenance drastically.
In addition to the already built-in functions new applications can be designed at customers' request.

| Interface type I⁄O (input⁄output) |
|
We have designed all our connection sockets basing on an industrial conception. By placing on one side of
the socket the wires needed for the coil to get excited (A2) and on the other side the change-over contacts, we have managed
to avoid any possible wiring errors and thus allowed for a PLC to control any group of Relequick's sockets.
|
| Uniformity and universality |
Our socket models have been designed with uniform height and wiring distance between common inputs of
sockets. The socket width has been reduced to a minimum, better adapting to the trend of saving space on DIN rails and
electric cabinets.
Thanks to these innovations on industrial sockets Relequick is able to offer a wide range of dimensionally uniform sockets
with the latest technology available.

No extra accessories are needed in order to plug any kind of relay on our universal sockets. Either those
with industrial faston terminals, those based on printed circuits or PCB relays, are all compatible with our socket series.
This feature makes it easier for users to find a suitable socket/relay set that suits their needs. The type of relay terminals
and pinout should no longer be a handicap, no matter if a high-performance or a low-price relay is used. You can plug on our sockets
industrial faston relays as well as pin-based ones, normally used on PCB relays.
This is what makes our SF series fully compatible anywhere in the world, offering the highest versatility in the market.

| Socket connections |
Our patented socket design makes it possible for users to choose among two different wiring
systems, depending on which one best adapts to their installation environment. Both variants are available for all our
socket series.
Our socket terminals are designed to admit rigid as well as flexible wires, from 0.14mm2 to 2.25mm2.

Classic terminal with fastening screw. The screw terminal works as a lift mechanism and it
is the cable support that moves upwards while the screw only rotates without pressing down on the cable. Such a system provides
a more secure tightening in comparison with that of other manufacturers. It also makes it possible for the structure to last
longer and be reusable. Its wider gap allows the connection of cables with a larger amount of wires. |
 |
Relequick's Quick Clamp © is currently the only solution in the market
providing a quick connection that works with vertical push while keeping the same input wire pinout.
This original system enables optimal connections in difficult environments where the use of a classical terminal is not
advisable or even possible due to the loss of wire fastening when the screw works loose. The internal spring designed and
patented by Relequick keeps the wire firmly fixed, thus assuring the wire against vibrations.
This strategy reduces the wiring time by over 50%. In just three simple steps the wire is inserted in the socket without the
need of any screwing or unscrewing. This simplicity and the new A2 connection bridges make the wiring process effortless,
reliable and faster.
